The hotel couldn't find our reservation, despite a confirmed email. They had rooms but wouldn't honor our paid rate, which made for a frustrating experience.

A nice hotel in an amazing setting with variety of little extras. Location near different attractions and restaurants and all stores and eateries. Variety of food options just a short walk away from the venue.

The hotel was beautiful, our room was modern, appreciated it. The staff was helpful, they give us all the help. We got a room with a tub. This was an amazing location adjacent to stores and restaurants, and eateries.

From skeptic to believer

The location was perfect for my early work routine, and I enjoyed the modern look of the hotel. Dahlia at check-in was exemplary, and breakfast had delicious options to start the day.

Unfortunately, my sleep was disrupted by noise from other guests. I also found the bedding to be less than ideal for a good night's rest.

The vinyl flooring felt cheap and uninviting!!! The absence of a closet in the room was odd and made storing belongings tricky!!!

The lobby at Tru was inviting, with comfy seating and fun games that kept my child entertained. Breakfast was a treat, with a great selection that set us up for a day of exploring. We really enjoyed our family getaway!

My kids wished there were more activities for them to do during the day. It would be fantastic if the hotel offered scheduled family-friendly events to keep the little ones busy.

Clean rooms, friendly staff.

The lobby had great games and cozy spots to chill. We went to the Philadelphia Zoo and enjoyed the nearby attractions. The breakfast was a nice surprise, with plenty of options to fuel our adventures.

We did have an awkward experience with some loud guests. It seemed like our kids were wrongly accused of causing noise, uncomfortable for everyone involved.

The lobby felt inviting with games, and I loved the fitness center that exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect for nearby shopping and activities. My room was clean and comfy.

I really liked the room with two comfy beds, one pillow, was so good for rest 😊. the bed was super cozy. the pool spot wasn't bad at all. the location was cool, close to stores, fun stuff to do, and some good places to eat.

We had a great experience with the double-bed rooms, the central location making it easy to get around, and the friendly staff from check-in to check-out.
